HCS HB 1055 Sponsored by Representative Therese Sander , establishes the Missouri Alternatives to Abortion Services Program and the Missouri Alternatives to Abortion Public Awareness Program.� Includes provisions that would prevent Planed Parenthood from teaching explicit sex education classes in our children’s public schools.� The bill also requires all Missouri abortion clinics to be regulated and inspected.� Placed on the Senate informal calendar.
